I/WE also AGREE understand that with an ONLINE DESKTOP Appraisal, there will be NO PERSONAL INSPECTION / SITE VISIT by an Appraiser at my location. I/WE also AGREE understand that all the information I provide the Appraiser, will be the information used to investigate and Appraise.

I/WE also AGREE that all information given is accurate and truthful. All of the information and pictures are provided by the owner of the vehicle. I/WE also AGREE agree that the APPRAISAL FEES are unconditionally Guaranteed.

This is your authorization to act on our behalf of preparing a Personal Property Appraisal. I/WE hereby also AGREE to protect, reimburse, hold harmless and indemnify you against any and all losses, claims, damages and costs which may be made against you or suffered by you by reason of you acting under this direction, and to pay invoices upon receipt and indemnify you for any and all legal costs incurred by you in the defense of any claims for damages as aforesaid, and for services performed under this direction.

Interest of 1.50% per month (18% per annum) will be charged on unpaid accounts and are subject to the Privacy and Penalty of Fine Conditions of the Report). An Appraiser will review the information provided .They will make an assessment based on what has been sent by you the owner. The value is determined from auction results an vehicles currently sold . I understand the value that has been set is final and it may not be what I think the vehicle is worth .
