Prenuptial Agreement Appraisal
A prenuptial agreement is an agreement between two people that deals with the financial consequences of their relationship of living together ending.
In Canada, some individuals enter into a contract before they live together; get married and in simple terms, they enter into an “prenuptial agreement”.
